Catch 22

People here use Netscape for mails. The MS-Outlook fan that I am, I use outlook. Yesterday I downloaded and installed a plug-in. As always I didn't read the instructions and installed it straight-away. There were a couple of settings to be done without which the system crashed and all programs using Javascript stopped working.

I called the Desktop support and after three hours of trial and error that guy formatted the system. And now I am stuck. I am not able to work because I have to set up my stuff, and I am not setting up things since it'll take too long and I've got loads of work.
